These terms govern use of the VAG AI website and the AI voice agent services provided by VAG AI LLC. Where you have signed a separate service agreement with us, that agreement controls if there is any conflict.
We configure and operate AI voice agents that answer calls and messages on your behalf, following rules you approve. You review and sign off on your agent's script and scope before it takes live calls.
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Included minutes reset each billing period and do not roll over. Usage beyond included minutes is billed at the overage rate stated on your plan. Setup and training fees are one-time and non-refundable once work has begun.
Service is month to month unless your agreement says otherwise. Either party may cancel effective at the end of the current billing period. On cancellation we release your number routing and, on request, delete your data.
We work to keep the service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside peak hours where practical.
The agent is software. It can misunderstand a caller or give an incomplete answer. It is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal or emergency advice, and it does not handle emergencies. Callers with an emergency are directed to emergency services. You are responsible for the professional decisions made in your business.
You own your business data and your callers' data. We process it to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and any Business Associate Agreement between us.
Each party protects the other's non-public information and uses it only to perform under these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. Material changes affecting active clients are communicated in advance.
